Phenolic panels are engraved control-panel overlays, mimic panels, and instrument enclosures machined to fit your equipment. Custom Phenolic Labels delivers a complete panel engraving and machining service — from CAD file intake through dimensional inspection — so system integrators and panel builders receive panels that fit the enclosure and accept components on the first attempt.

What we build

Engraved control-panel overlays and faceplates; mimic panels displaying process flow, piping schematics, and system overviews for control rooms and operator stations; and panels for instrument enclosures, junction boxes, and marshalling cabinets with precision cutouts for meters, gauges, terminal blocks, and cable glands.

Machined to spec

Cutouts are machined to industry-standard switch sizes, indicator-lamp diameters, and connector configurations, and panels are sized and drilled to standard or custom enclosure dimensions. Tight tolerances mean proper component fit and a professional panel assembly. Multi-color engraving is available for color-coded systems and process identification.
