What buyers ask before requesting a quote.
What information do you need to quote an engraved-label order?
Send the label text or schedule, quantity, finished size, color combination, mounting method, and required date. Excel, CSV, PDF, CAD files, panel schedules, one-lines, and clear photos are all useful starting points.
Can you produce large label sets from a spreadsheet or panel schedule?
Yes. We import organized label data instead of retyping each line. That reduces transcription risk and makes it easier to sort completed labels by panel, area, equipment group, or installation sequence.
What mounting options are available?
Common options include industrial adhesive, drilled holes for screws or rivets, countersunk holes, and chain holes for hanging tags. We match the mounting method to the surface, environment, and maintenance requirements.
Are all products made from true phenolic?
No. Most products commonly called phenolic labels are made from durable multi-layer engraving laminate. True phenolic material is available when a verified specification, temperature condition, or specialty application requires it.
Do you handle rush orders?
Same-day rush production may be available depending on quantity, material, proof approval, and the current production schedule. Call before submitting a deadline-critical order so we can confirm capacity.

We engrave in-house in Kennesaw, Georgia and ship nationwide. Local pickup is also available.
