The fastest, most accurate way to order a large label set is a clean spreadsheet. When your list is formatted well, we engrave straight from it with no manual retyping, which removes errors and speeds up your quote.
Do not type manual lists in an email
Loose lists in the body of an email have to be re-keyed, and every retype is a chance for a typo to end up engraved. A structured file avoids that entirely.
A simple layout that works
Send Excel (.xlsx) or CSV with one row per label and columns like these:
- Line 1 text and Line 2 text (and more lines if needed).
- Quantity for that exact label.
- Size (or a note that all labels share one size).
- Color combination (for example white on black).
- Mounting (adhesive, holes, slots).
If every label is the same size, color, and mount, one note at the top covers it and you only need the text and quantity columns.
Sequential numbering is automatic
Need tags numbered 1 through 500? Give us the start and end values and we generate the sequence. You do not have to type every number.
