Common PV marking
- DC conductor and disconnect marking on the array and at combiners.
- Maximum voltage and current ratings where required at disconnects.
- Warning marking at the point of interconnection.
- Rapid-shutdown labeling where the system requires it, using the standard red-background warning format.
Why material matters here
PV labels usually live outdoors for the life of the array, so they need a UV-stable stock that will not fade. A washed-out warning label is both a compliance problem and a safety problem. We engrave PV placards on UV-rated material in the required color formats.
