Richland Parish Data Center Identification
Meta’s July 2026 Richland Parish update describes an expanding AI data center campus and a local contractor sourcing program. For your own project, prepare engraved identification from the current approved equipment schedules. Include the exact text and physical specifications for every plate or tag.
For backup-power control packages, keep remote cabinet IDs, master and add-on panel references, breaker identifiers and operating legends clearly defined. Supply the text approved for your actual equipment. A product catalog or general system name does not establish the configuration or labeling requirements of your installation.
Equipment Plates, Control Legends and Mechanical Tags
Build one engraved identification request covering the electrical equipment, control panels and mechanical systems required by your project. Specify equipment nameplates, panel labels, disconnect identification, control legends, diagram panels and valve tags as separate designs or schedule groups. The data center labeling guide explains the complete package scope.
Equipment Nameplates
Specify the approved equipment identifier, plate dimensions, text layout and attachment.
Electrical Panel Labels
Send current panel and disconnect identification with exact approved wording and quantities.
Mechanical and Valve Identification
Keep approved mechanical equipment and valve-tag requirements in their own schedule groups.
Control Legend Plates
Attach approved operator wording and a dimensioned device layout for review.
Engraved Mimic Panels
Submit approved diagram artwork, equipment references, panel dimensions and device openings.
Engraved Phenolic Labels
Confirm the actual laminate stock, text and background colors, exposure and mounting.
Organize the Richland Parish Installation Package
Identify the building, room, control cabinet, system and installation area needed to group the order. Keep sorting references separate from the final engraving text. Include the actual Richland Parish receiving address, required in-hand date and controlling drawing revision. Production and delivery arrangements are confirmed with the quote.
Prepare Control Identification From Approved Records
Keep Cabinet and Equipment IDs Distinct
Identify each physical control cabinet and supply its approved generator or switchgear references separately.
Specify the Actual Control Text
Show approved operating-mode, pilot-status and control-function wording in the intended plate layout.
Define the Mechanical Layout
Provide dimensions, component openings, reading orientation and attachment details for plates or front-panel pieces.
Quote the Complete Richland Parish Label List
Send the current approved equipment schedule and control drawings with exact text, quantities, finished dimensions, colors, material requirements and mounting. Identify electrical, control and mechanical groups without combining different designs. The schedule-ordering guide helps separate engraving lines from reference fields.
Send Your Richland Parish Equipment Schedule
Include approved equipment identifiers, control legends, plate layouts, installation groups and delivery details.
Request Your Data Center Label QuoteCommon questions
Give the remote control cabinet its own approved identifier and list any related generator or switchgear references separately. Specify which fields actually belong on the plate and which are only order references. Include the cabinet’s available plate area, finished dimensions and mounting details. A shared system name does not tell us which physical enclosure receives each design. Check the proof against the approved cabinet layout before releasing the order.
List the master panel and each add-on panel as separate approved equipment entries. Include the exact panel identifier, role wording and related generator references that should be engraved. Use quantities for identical repeats rather than combining different panel identities in one cell. Attach the controlling panel schedule and layout, including dimensions and attachment details. Resolve any missing panel assignments with your project team before requesting production.
Use the distinct designations approved for the redundant master pair. Do not ask the engraving team to choose which unit should be called primary, backup, A or B. Supply each complete identifier and the exact role text as separate lines, with quantities and physical specifications. Request a proof to check the pair together. The plates reproduce approved identification; their wording does not verify redundancy or control performance.
Keep each breaker’s approved equipment identifier and role in clearly named fields. Specify the final text for tie, utility and load breaker plates rather than supplying an unlabeled number list. Where a control plate also names the breaker it operates, show that reference and its line order in the approved layout. Include dimensions, mounting and the drawing revision. Have the responsible project team resolve ambiguous references before engraving.
Treat the operating-mode wording and cabinet asset identifier as different supplied fields. They can be separate plates or separate lines in an approved combined layout, depending on the project drawing. Provide the exact mode text and its intended location rather than copying a manufacturer’s catalog mode list. Give each distinct design its own schedule row and dimensions. The equipment owner or panel designer must approve how those fields appear.
Send the exact import and export wording approved for your control layout, including any source or destination reference that must appear. Keep reference notes separate from the text to engrave. Do not leave the direction meaning for the shop to infer from the cabinet name or an arrow in an unapproved sketch. Include plate dimensions, colors and mounting details, then check the requested proof against the approved drawing.
Supply the load-shed and load-add function names approved in the controlling project documents. Identify the revision and show the final engraving text separately from sequence notes, settings or reference-only descriptions. Include the location of each legend on the control layout and its physical dimensions. Resolve inconsistent names before approving the proof. CPL can reproduce supplied control identification; this order does not design, program or validate the operating sequence.
Provide the approved status wording for each pilot light separately from the panel or equipment asset ID. Show which indicator receives each legend on a dimensioned layout, and include the operator details needed to review fit. Do not ask the shop to determine a light’s meaning from its color or photograph. Check the text and position on the requested proof. Engraving the legend does not verify the indication or underlying wiring.
Specify the format required by the approved assembly drawing. For individual plates, give each design its own text, quantity, dimensions and attachment details. For a coordinated front-panel piece, send the complete dimensioned drawing with component openings and the intended reading orientation. Request a quote covering that actual layout rather than treating it as several standard labels. Review the proof before production and resolve unconfirmed measurements with the panel designer.
Keep protective-function notation and equipment identifiers in separate, clearly named fields. Supply the exact approved text and show which fields belong on each plate; do not expect the engraving team to interpret function numbers or derive protection settings. Identify the source document and revision, then specify the line arrangement and plate dimensions. Check the proof against that approved source. An engraved function reference does not establish equipment certification or engineering approval.
