Send your label list, panel schedule, valve schedule, CAD drawing, or equipment inventory by email in any common format. Excel, CSV, PDF, and DXF/DWG files are all accepted. Every submission is reviewed for sizing, spacing, and production feasibility before being entered into the queue.
The substrate material is selected based on the installation environment, attachment method, and visual requirements. Standard and custom color combinations are confirmed, including ANSI-standard safety colors for compliance-driven applications.
Data is imported into engraving software and optimized for letter height, spacing, alignment, and layout. Digital proofs are provided for client review before engraving begins on any order where verification is requested.
Text and graphics are engraved into the material surface using rotary engraving equipment at the Custom Phenolic Labels production facility. All engraving is performed in-house with no outsourcing or subcontracting.
Finished products are checked for spelling accuracy, engraving contrast, edge quality, and dimensional compliance. Each item is verified against the original data file to confirm the delivered product matches the approved specification.
Orders are sorted by system, panel, zone, or installation area and packaged with detailed packing lists for field verification. Standard nationwide shipping and expedited local pickup are both available based on the project timeline.
